Our small group trainings are designed to improve your overall health by building muscle, burning calories, increasing your energy and finally overcoming your stress!
These small group trainings will focus on the 6 fundamental movement patterns through weight training, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, core training and much more. Erlenbuilt Health & Fitness will not only help you become healthier, but we will also focus on obtaining great form and technique that will translate to everyday life.
The group trainings are only $40 for 40 minutes and can accommodate 2-5 people.
